Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on all orders.
Order cut-off: 12:00 (noon), London time.
Handling time: 2–4 working days before dispatch (Monday–Friday).
Transit time after dispatch:

• Standard (UPS) — Free: Delivered in 6 – 10 (working days)
• DHL — Free: Delivered in 6 – 10 (working days)

Delivery window & notes

• Home delivery across the United Kingdom. “No-Stress Delivery” included: delivered through your letterbox where possible, or to a collection point if you’re not home.
• Each order is carefully packed in a small jute bag (biodegradable & recyclable).
• During peak periods, delivery times may be extended by a few days.

Delayed orders
While we strive to dispatch within the stated timelines, unforeseen events (customs checks, courier strikes, severe weather, or high-volume periods) may cause delays. If your order is delayed, you’ll receive an email with updated tracking and a revised ETA.

• Your rights: You may cancel your order if the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the initial estimate.
• Our responsibility: We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we actively work with our partners to resolve issues.

Destinations we ship to
United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations. We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes; military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO); overseas territories; regions subject to customs or health restrictions. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require extra time or fees—if applicable, our support team will contact you before dispatch.
